Our member's area content is for information purposes only.

DocTrain-UK Ltd. content is for the sole use of its members and must not be shared with anyone outside of the member's Company.

Members are expected to secure their username and password.

If it is suspected that the membership area or any part of the website is being misused, we may remove access to DocTrain-UK Ltd. services without entitlement to any refund or recourse.

Payments 

​The initial payment will be made on the date of commencement of services.

We will make no increments to payments for services during the length of your agreement.

Any discounts applied will be valid for the term of the agreement only and not for any subsequent subscriptions.

We reserve the right to suspend access to membership services where payments are in default of the agreement.

​

DocTrain-UK Ltd. may choose to seek damages for breach of terms and conditions.

Liability

All information, materials, and advice provided via our website or membership access is supplied in a generic nature, for information only, and may need to be adapted to suit your business need. Therefore, we accept no liability for any errors or oversight you encounter whilst accessing our services.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time within 7 days of signing up, by written notice via email to Hello@doctrain.co.uk

In the event of you accessing the member's area and downloading material, you waive your right to the Cooling Off period and are bound by the full terms and conditions of this site.

If you cancel outside of the cooling-off period, you will still be liable for payments of any outstanding sums for the full term of the agreement.

Upon receipt of written notice to cancel your subscription, all access to the membership area will be withdrawn.

Renewing  

We will not automatically renew your subscription.

Unauthorised Use

Unauthorised use or resale of our products is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, the distribution, sale, or transfer of our offerings without prior written consent. Any attempt to use or resell our products outside of authorised channels will be considered a breach of this policy and may result in legal action, termination of agreements, and other appropriate remedies.​
